Returns & Refunds
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@themohersoapco.com. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. We may request a photo of the damaged goods before authorising a return. Once approved and received, your refund will be issued via your original payment method.
Unwanted Goods
You may return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition. Refunds will exclude original shipping and any return postage costs.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and replacement items (if requested) will be shipped at the buyer’s expense.
We strongly recommend using tracked or registered post for returns, as The Moher Soap Co. cannot issue refunds for goods lost in transit.
